About Favicon Generator

Favicon Generator is a free online tool that lets you create text-based favicons for your website in seconds. Choose your text, colors, font, and shape — then download as ICO or PNG in all standard sizes.

Why We Built This

Every website needs a favicon, but not every developer has design tools or skills. Our generator makes it easy to create a clean, professional favicon using just text — no Photoshop or design experience needed.

Features

• Generate favicons from 1-2 characters of text
• Choose from multiple fonts and custom colors
• Square, rounded, and circle shapes
• Preview at all standard sizes (16×16 to 192×192)
• Download as ICO (multi-size) or individual PNGs
• Get ready-to-use HTML code
• 100% client-side — your data never leaves your browser

Privacy

All processing happens in your browser using HTML5 Canvas. We do not upload, store, or process any data on our servers. Read our full privacy policy.
